They helped the work grow

As a non governmental organisation, the centre generates its funds from voluntary contributions and grants from individuals and bodies who share its aspirations and objectives. We thank our numerous donors for their continued support.

Institutional Donors

The Centre for Women's Health and Information (CEWHIN) has developed a fundraising strategy which involves raising funds from institutional donors who have shown a willingness to support their work. Over the past three years, CEWHIN has successfully mobilised funds from the following donors:

•  Global Fund for Women
•  MamaCash Foundation (The Netherlands )
•  Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University New York under its    Averting Maternal Death and Disability (AMDD) Programme

Individual Donors

CEWHIN was able to mobilise funds from individuals in Nigeria and the UK. Individual donors make donations in any currency of their choice by cheque or cash. The Centre has so far received support from the following individuals:
